Rain of Shine! Prayers for world peace at Fuji sanctuary

Rain or shine, the members of Byakko gather each month to pray and send a call for peace to prevail on Earth and in the hearts of human beings, where it begins.  

In March, this monthly ceremony which has been taking place unabated for decades, had to be cancelled because the sanctuary was under several feet of snow! That it snows at the foot of Mt Fuji is nothing strange! That it snowed so much and in a very short time took everyone by surprise however. 

 

Last month, in preparation for the Symphony of Peace Prayers on May 18th, the people could come together once again to pray for humanity's awakening to a higher consciousness of being, in gratitude to the Earth and all living things, for PEACE to prevail. 

 

 

In her book Evolving with the Universe (http://www.byakkopress.ne.jp/1/en/index.html) 

Masami Saionji author and Chairperson of Byakko Shinko Kai writes the following: 

" The consciousness of peace minded people will guide the evolution and creation of Earth during the 21st century." 

 

You can join this group of people from your home, with a group of friends, in meditation, in prayers. The field of love and peace that is generated at Fuji each month and sustained by the staff that works and reside there all year round, is a powerful peaceful energy that can be tapped in by anyone.

An interview of Masami Saionji by Lilou Mace of Juicy Living Web TV

Lilou Mace of  Juicy Living Web TV was a guest participant at the Symphony of Peace Prayers at Fuji sanctuary in May. Lilou was eager to interview various people who had participated in the SOPP, and most specially Mrs Masami Saionji, initiator of the yearly held International Interfaith gathering.

In the interview, Mrs Saionji shares about her encounter with the late founder of Byakko Shinko Kai, Masahisa Goi, her guidance and expansion of the movement of world peace thru prayer since his passing, up to her vision of a large gathering of the ' new minds and thinkers in all fields ' for an encounter at Fuji sanctuary in 2015.

May Peace Prevail on Earth

At Fuji, raising global consciousness at the July grand ceremony on July 7th

Like each year after the Symphony of Peace Prayers celebrations (May 19th), the grand July ceremony brought thousands of participants in a gathering that encourages and supports the evolution to a higher consciousness and way of living on Earth. While making use of the many beautiful and powerful tools that Byakko proposes toward the building of inner peace, to harmony and balance in one's life; the participants enjoyed and received the many benefits of praying together with a strong focused attention on the evolution of divine consciousness in humanity and in the self.  

In her words to the people pior to the start of the ceremony, Chairperson Mrs Masami Saionji shared her strong wish that everyone fully participate in the event reminding that, 

" your consciousness must be permeated by this most basic principle – contributing to the good of humanity."

In a rather perfect weather for the occasion and after several hours of deep prayers, including the prayer for world peace, prayers of gratitude to Nature and all life, the recitation of various texts (kotodama in Japanese) that accompany the divinity IN (mudra), Mrs Saionji closed the ceremony stressing once again that,

'Consciousness creates one's own life, and when receiving negative comments from parents, teachers, friends or others such as,  'You are no good,' 'You are incapable,' 'You are not intelligent,' etc., people grab hold of those words, and believe in them. Though human beings do not innately harbour these negative ideas, they believe in the negative words from others. These self-limitations must be forever cleared."

We invite you to join in spirit with the vast energy field that is the prayer field of Fuji sanctuary, which is fully activated each month with events focusing always on world peace and the raising of humanity' consciousness. In our prayers, we will send the message that the whole world is one.

Prayers for peace focus on world news

Each month, thousands of people gather at Fuji sanctuary to offer their prayers for peace and harmony to prevail on earth and in the world.  But focusing prayers of peace specifically on world news and or a particular event, is also part of the work of the Fuji sanctuary. 

For the past couple of years, specific prayers for the Israel-Palestine conflict have been prayed each day and at montly gatherings.

On April 7th, even though a strong warning was given for a typhoon like storm to hit on that day, a core group of people made it to the sanctuary.

In the middle of the prayers for the nations of the world, the focus was shifted to the troubling conflict between the two Korea, and a specific high energy work was performed with all the people present, guided by Masami Saionji. 

Over the decades, prayers have accumulated at Fuji sanctuary, making it an extraordinary energy space. Carried by these vibrations, people gather there in readiness for planetary service, understanding well the connectedness we each have with the whole and with each other, and the power of prayers. Even when seemingly 'separated' in space and time, these prayers participate to the elevation of global consciousness. 

While keeping unity with the consciousness that pervades the great universe, your consciousness continues to greatly change the world and society. In reality, your consciousness has brought you here. We must keep in mind that our consciousness is synonymous with our reality – that what we think of turns into reality without fail.  

I have explained from a religious perspective that all our emotions are reflected in our lives. Everything we have done eventually returns to us, in accord with the law of cause and effect. In other words, your consciousness is the power of creation. What you think of surely turns into reality. You have created your reality of your own accord for the sake of your own experience.

The Symphony of Peace Prayers celebrated at the United Nations

In celebration of Interfaith Harmony Week, the United Nations hosted a most remarkable event on February 14th in the General Assembly Hall, entitled ' United for a Culture of Peace through Interfaith Harmony.'

The event was inspired by the Symphony of Peace Prayers, with messages of peace from representatives of different countries, peace prayers from a variety of spiritual faiths and traditions, and a world peace flag ceremony to pray for peace in each country on earth. 

 Mrs Masami Saionji, Chairperson of Byakko Shinko Kai and the vision behind the Symphony of Peace Prayers' initiative, delivered a most uplifting and visionary speech to the one thousand people assembled in the General Assembly Hall of the UN. 

In her speech she emphasized the role of prayer and the wonderful opportunity that Symphony of Peace Prayers offers us to gather in peace while celebrating one' faith. 

'Prayer is love. It is light, power, and the energy for regeneration. Prayer helps awaken the path of divinity within each human being. That is why I had the vision to start the Symphony of Peace Prayers, so that each and every human being can unite in prayer to create a grand symphony together.'

She also reminded us that our dualistic mode of thinking which creates separation and conflicts, must be transcended for true peace to prevail. 

'For as long as humanity’s thought remains trapped in struggle, discrimination, and religious confrontation, true peace will never come to this world. If we are to create true peace and harmony on earth, we must move beyond dualistic thinking and elevate our consciousness.'

''The prayers of many faiths that will be offered here at the united Nations shall help us transcend the walls of separation, and bring new inspiration to the global community. I firmly believe that this will be an historic event to open the door to a bright and peaceful future.'
